2. Before installation, clean the pipeline connected with it, so as to avoid sand, oil, welding slag, etc., and other sundries entering the plate heat exchanger, which will cause the flow to block or damage the plate.

3. Before putting into use, check whether all clamping bolts are loose, and tighten them if any.

4. The starting and stopping sequence of the plate heat exchanger is as follows: when starting up, first open the medium valve on the low pressure side, and then slowly open the medium valve on the high pressure side after the medium fills the channel of the plate heat exchanger; When shutdown, first close the medium valve on the high pressure side, and then close the medium valve on the low pressure side.

5. If there may be large granular sediment or sundries in the medium, the plate heat exchanger should be equipped with the decontamination device produced by our company.

2. The ordinary plate heat exchanger can be disassembled from the system, and then the clamping bolts can be uniformly loosened and disassembled for cleaning.

3. The hanging plate heat exchanger can be disassembled from the system, directly and evenly loosen the clamping bolts and remove them, move the movable pressing plate to one end of the bracket, tilt the upper end of the heat transfer plate toward the movable pressing plate, and then remove it from the hanging opening of the upper guide rod, and make the lower end of the heat transfer plate separate from the lower guide rod, and then take out the plate.

4. When washing the heat transfer plate, you can only use a copper wire brush or a limit brush to wash it. Do not use a wire brush to wash it, so as to avoid damaging the heat transfer plate and reduce the corrosion resistance. You should also be careful not to hurt the sealing gasket when washing it.

5. After the heat transfer plate is washed, it should be cleaned with clean water, and the sealing gasket should be wiped clean with clean cloth or cotton yarn.

6. The aging sealing gasket should be replaced, and the gasket should be bonded with adhesive. The method is to remove the aging sealing gasket, then clean the sundries in the plate groove, fix the new gasket with adhesive, and keep it straight and cured for 24 hours before reassembling and clamping to the clamping size.

7. If the plate heat exchanger is not used for a long time, the bolt should be loosened to 1.1-1.2 times the clamping size, and then clamped as required when in use.

8. When the plate heat exchanger is running frequently, it should be analyzed if the medium flows out in the signal hole. If the bolt is loose or elongated due to long-term heat exchange, it should be clamped again as required, but it should not be too tight to avoid crushing the heat transfer plate.
